You are in total control of the session and you can leave the tank at any time. If you’re feeling like you want to end the session early, we recommend coming back to some soft breaths and even switching on the light trying to remain there for just a little while longer and checking in with what is making you feel anxious and wanting to leave. However, if you feel the need to exit, you can leave the tank and begin the post-float process whenever you feel necessary.
